Amazing aero tri suit

Decent gear, slow shipping

I ordered a pair of cycling bib shorts and a sleeveless tri top. The quality of both items was really good; the fabric felt durable and comfortable for long rides. Yeah custom stuff can take a bit, I'd say give it at least 4-6 weeks for design approval and production. Probably more for shipping cross-country.

Mine took about a month start to finish, that was last year for a trisuit. They send you a proof to approve which adds a few days too.

Their custom stuff is super comparable to Wattie Ink in quality, maybe a bit more affordable for teams. For bibs, I'd put them up there with Zoot easily. Padding is good.

I've got a pair of their bibs and Castelli's. R&R's are really good, not quite the same high-end feel as Castelli's premium stuff but definitely solid for the price and comfort on long rides.

What's the deal with their return policy for custom gear? Like, if my team kit comes in and it's not quite right, can we send it back?

For custom stuff, usually you approve a design proof before they make it. So if it's 'not right' because you just don't like the design anymore, that's probably a no-go. But if it's a defect or something, then yeah they'll fix it.

Custom items are usually final sale unless there's a manufacturing error. Make sure you check that proof really well.

I'd say true to size, maybe slightly athletic fit. If you're really on the fence, maybe size up for comfort or down for a more race-fit feel. Hard to say without knowing your body type.

My cycling jersey from them was pretty spot on for the size chart. Their stuff isn't super stretchy like some brands, so don't try to squeeze into a smaller size.
